Françoise BEDEL, a grape-grower and wine-producer using biodynamic methods, makes her Champagne right on the Estate , from pressing the grapes to ageing the wines in the cellar and turning the bottles by hand, all in the respect of traditional methods .
Françoise BEDEL loves being in harmony with nature and the environment and wants to pass healthy land in perfect condition down to her children. That's why she has used no fertilizers or chemicals in her vineyard since 1998 .
